Wafer Type PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve

Wafer type PTFE lined butterfly valve designed to fit within the inner bolt circle of connecting bolts between the two mating flanges,the special design of the sealing ensures the reliability and safety in high-risk workplaces.

Lug Type Butterfly Valve

Lug type PTFE seated butterfly valve is typically supplied with threaded flange bolt holes to be used at end of a pipe line to provide isolation. They can also be supplied with through bolt holes.

Flanged type PFA PTFE liner butterfly valves designed to overcome some of the issues in reduced bore piping. The wider body allows more clearance for the disc to open avoiding contact with the mating piping,negating the need for special spacers.

PTFE Molding Lined Pipe Fittings

PTFE Isostatic molding uses coarser granular PTFE powders to fill a rubber bag within a pressure pot. The bag is placed over a mandrel which forms the internal diameter of the tube and using water pressure a loose powder fill is compressed onto the mandrel. It is subsequently removed from the vessel and placed in an oven for sintering.
