Full Bore PFA Liner Pneumatic Ball Valve
The MVI full bore PFA liner ball valves are ideally suited for strongly corrosive applications, requiring reliable performance, tight shut-off, and constant torque.
Normally the ASTM A216 WCB body with full lining PFA fluoropolymer. Minimum thickness of PFA lining around of 3mm. For some chemicals not so aggressive, the FEP grade fluoroplastic material also is available for economic choice.
T Slots Machined For Lining PFA
T slots machined in to the cast body ensure the PFA liner is secured making it suitable for operation in vacuum conditions. Stainless steel fasteners ensure long term protection from external corrosion.
Product Features:
1. One-piece ball/stem designed PFA lined ball valve, this design is good for avoiding weak stem to ball.
2. The body inside and the ball full lined by PFA with Locked-In designing by dovetail groove to avoid negative pressure.
3. ISO 5211 mounting pad easy for actuator connecting.
4. Stainless steel lever with lockable design
5. Maintenance free
Fully Coated By PFA For Permeation Application
The whole range has PFA fluoropolymer liners for use in highly corrosive processes and the most demanding applications. Whilst these valves still have all wetted parts in PFA to ensure compatibility with nearly all chemicals and all of the product features of the standard valve they have additional features to suit particular processes.
General Applications:
1. Chemically highly corrosive and toxic media
2. Purification plants
3. Pharmaceutical Industry
4. Adhesives, Paper Industry, Fuel Transport
5. Paint manufacture and processing
6. Food Industry
7. Transport of hazardous materials
8. Wet chloric gas
9. Conditioning of materials, e.g. galvanizing and pickling
10. Processing of ore
11.Fuel transport and storage
