MVI PFA lined ball type check valve,under normal flow the valves solid PTFE ball is pushed away from it’s seat and fluid flows through the valve, in a backwards flow condition the ball is pushed firmly back into it’s seat and prevents flow through the valve stopping process contamination etc,can be used in horizontal and vertical installations.

The MVI PTFE ball check valves are developed for using on fluids compatible with the corrosion resistant characteristics of virgin PFA seat. These valves can be used in horizontal and vertical installations. The body parts of the valve do not contact with the process flow. The lined ball type check valve is widely used for chemically toxic and highly corrosive media.

Product Description:

The valve has a 2-pieces design with PFA lined ductile iron body and stainless steel fasteners. The PFA liner is securely locked in to its housing with T slots. Its use of PTFE and PFA means that it has near universal process corrosion resistance. The valve has a full port developed especially to minimise any pressure loss through the valve.

MVI Wafer Type Swing check valve has a fully PFA fluoropolymer encapsulated one piece disc and hinge and PFA lined body. It has a retained disc design overcoming the installation problems associated with 2 piece designs. The angled seat allows the valve to be installed in both horizontal and vertical applications. The non return valve has very simple operation allowing flow only one way through the valve, ideally suited to slurry duties as the disc swings freely from the bore.
