Fluoropolymer Rolling Lined Columns

MVI Specialize in the manufacture of ETFE/HALAR lined piping,vessel,columns and ancillaries, we use high performance polymers manufactured by the leading fluoropolymer suppliers to provide the longest service life for the liner products. The lined products are used in acid, caustic, fluorine and other highly corrosive applications, they are ideal for multipurpose plants.
 

Rotated ETFE With Reinforcing Steel Net For Vacuum Application 
 

MVI manufacture lined absorption and distillation columns utilizing a combination of ETFE and HALAR lined steel sections. The linings of each section are one piece having no seams or welds. The fluoropolymer linings are suitable for use in processes from -29° to +110° C.

ECTFE Rolling Liner Vessel 

The column sections containing nozzles are produced in one-piece utilizing our ETFE/HALAR Rolling techniques overcoming problems with leaks associated with other multi-piece nozzle designs or those with welds within the linings. These sections can have multiple nozzles in any orientation around the periphery of the column.

The end covers for the lid and base are again manufactured from one piece of steel work without any additional bolt on pieces, they have one-piece ETFE/Halar linings offering the best integrity.

Columns can be provided with associated internals including packing support plates, support grids, liquid distributors. These are all supplied with ETFE/HALAR sprayed.
